Teeclas Return Policy

1. Return Deadline
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return products, in accordance with Portuguese and European consumer protection legislation.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in the same condition in which you received it
In the original packaging
With all labels and accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase
3. Ineligible Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used or that show signs of use.
4. How to Return
To start a return:
Contact us at support@teeclas.com with your order number
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
Pack the product safely in the original packaging
Send the product to the address we will provide you
5. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or shipping error.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
7. Exchanges
Currently we don't make direct exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, you must return the original product and place a new order.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@teecla.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
